Our Founder, Joyce Conn
Joyce Conn obtained her real estate license in 1965. After 13 years in the industry, she decided to strike out on her own by founding Conn Realty in 1978. An incredibly talented woman, Joyce was able to grow her business throughout Middle Georgia while raising a family. She was a state leader in the industry who trained her team of agents well and provided her clients with high-quality service. The solid foundation she built has allowed Conn Realty to persevere through multiple market crashes and continue to thrive after more than 40 years.
