Meet Nikki Maraman

Nikki Maraman grew up in Middle Georgia and has lived here all her life, becoming a Jones County resident 15 years ago. Being a lifelong resident of the area gives her unique perspective and valuable insight into Middle Georgia’s real estate. Nikki obtained her real estate license in January of 2016. Nikki attends Central Baptist Church in Gray and performs family Deacon duties for her church family. She enjoys participating in community events and activities where she can represent the family and community values Conn Realty was founded on. Nikki spends a lot of time outdoors gardening, fishing, and taking care of her chickens. She is also Assistant Troop Leader of her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop, taking pride in teaching the girls strong leadership skills, independence, and moral and ethical values. On the job, Nikki enjoys meeting new people and helping them reach the desired result for their home buying or selling needs. She understands that the real estate industry is not a constant one and enjoys helping her clients navigate and work through the ups and downs of a real estate transaction.
