Meet Janet Comer

Janet Comer was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, and moved to Hickory, North Carolina, when her father retired from NASA. In 1991, Janet graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Communication Arts and Design. She completed an internship with the US Department of Agriculture and went on to be a Textile Design Director in Asheville, North Carolina. She moved to Gray in 2002 and married lifelong Jones County resident, John Comer, in 2008. She currently lives in Haddock, Georgia with their three cats and African Grey Parrot, Sanford.

Janet enjoys making art out of anything she can find. She enjoys watercolor painting, repurposing found objects into art and gardening. Janet attends Haddock Christian Church, where she serves as Treasurer. She also often goes to flea markets, attending the World’s Largest Flea Market.

She began real estate over 20 years ago, getting her real estate license in 2002. Janet enjoys being a part of the community of realtors at Conn Realty. The fast-paced, ever-changing real estate industry is also something Janet enjoys. She can handle any of your real estate needs and answer any questions you may have about any stage in the buying or selling process.
